| Screening is ALWAYS required, no exceptions. This is information I need to feel safe. Although everyone I have met has thus far been unimaginably wonderful, I can't dare hope this streak would continue without proper prudence. I do not retain any screening information subsequent to our appointment, so please don't be surprised if I ask for it again later. I always require your full real name before setting an appointment, and ID upon commencement of our appointment. In addition to this I require one of the following: Work contact #. This will be used only to verify your full name. I do not leave a message, indicate who I am, or why I'm calling. I can use a business phone that has your full name on the answering machine (a personal business cell phone with appropriate outgoing message is acceptable for the self employed) audix system, secretary, or any other phone # w/ an outgoing message which states your full name. The number you provide must be searchable via the internet and connected to the business for which you work. References from 2 providers you have seen in the past. Provider references will need to be sent to me via e-mail and must include phone # or e-mail address and a link to a current ad/post concerning said model. You must send these to me with enough time to actually verify this information. A deposit with a credit card in your name (minimum $100). All credit card payments bill as Service Solutions Unlimited. This is refundable should I have to cancel or reschedule but, would be retained should you cancel or not show up. I am able to accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover for deposits. Full prepayment is also acceptable as screening, which can be done with a credit card as described above or via Western Union Money Transfer. Public information search via the internet is acceptable as screening, and must include your full real name and your home or work address. This can be a verifiable work website, yellow pages, or other similar listing. I am happy to accept some private screening services. P411 membership with at least one "ok" OR verification membership with RoomService2000 are both acceptable for screening before an appointment. |
